چکیده

Mycotoxins contamination occurring in dairy cow's diet is responsible for devastating effects on livestock health. Among different strategies, using organic adsorbents a promising approach to reduce the toxicity of mycotoxins. This study investigated an adsorbent containing Lactobacillus brevis TD4, paracasei TD3, and Saccharomyces cerevisiae cell wall milk production, somatic count, blood parameters (white [WBC], lymphocyte [LYM], neutrophil, basophil, monocyte, eosinophil, red cell, haemoglobin, haematocrit, mean corpuscular volume, haemoglobin) liver function (alanine transaminase [ALT], gamma-glutamyl transferase [GGT], aspartate [AST], alkaline phosphatase [ALP], urea, total protein, albumin) cows fed naturally contaminated with Zearalenone Deoxynivalenol. The amounts mycotoxins (ZEA) Deoxynivalenol (DON) feed ingredients were measured HPLC method. Ten Holstein received daily their diets four weeks. Milk samples taken from before start feeding (CTRL), during period (FP), one week after removal (RP). Totally, amount ZEA DON toxins 389 1254.6 ppb, respectively. Feeding significantly increased serum albumin compared CTRL (P<0.01). Also, numerically lower count significant decrease (P<0.01) urea resulted. examined parameters, number WBC LYM decreased binder comparison control period. Furthermore, except increase level AST (P<0.05), other not affected. consumption low-cost including bacteria yeast can improve physical condition health economic losses production.
